Learning Objective:  Students will demonstrate learning in elements of argumentative writing W8.1
Teaching Objective:  Students will complete the handout by researching and documenting information that will then be used to format an argumentative essay.

Summative:  Vocabulary/Spelling 2 (Verb tense, verbal, active voice, passive voice) this was taken on Friday.  Students who did not pass should come in to retake before two weeks are up. 

Assignment:  Argumentative Writing – Utah Compose writing prompt “Wolves:  Friend or Foe?”
                        Use your white handout from the previous “Club” assignment to formulate notes from the articles provided.  Follow the yellow handout, from the previous “Club” assignment, to format your essay.
